The fork, horn and pry are designed for leverage and strength. Widths and tapers are intended to allow easy penetration. Halligan comes “Tuned and Dressed“, meaning the forks are thinned out and gap and set marks are already on both ends of the tool. .

FE8 features our Patent Pending Dual-Grip 32″ hickory handle. Features a palm swell on one side and a fawn’s foot on the other. This handle is designed to be comfortable in the hand either way you are swinging the axe. Tap head down to set the bond and tap handle down to release. Working ends are heat treated for maximum strength, toughness and wear resistance. The fork, adz and pike are designed for leverage and strength. Widths and tapers are intended to allow easy penetration. Halligan comes “Tuned and Dressed“, meaning the forks are thinned out and gap and set marks are already on both ends of the tool.
